Happiness | Self-Help

What is happiness? Happiness is defined differently by different people and different cultures but it is a desire throughout the world. Some say happiness is a state of mind, others think it is controlled by body chemisty, while others feel that it is connected to achievements. Other experts think that happiness is all of this and much more - laughter and a touch from someone special, having purpose in life, personal growth and a confidence in the future.

Regardless of the definition, people who are not happy are searching for ideas, courses and tools to improve their happiness level.
